Moritz Irion
Founder & Lead Engineer
I am a Mechanical Engineer (Dipl.-Ing., RWTH Aachen) with over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, specializing in dual-clutch transmission and EV battery development. Throughout my career, I have taken lead design responsibility for complex mechanical systems, driving the development, optimization, and validation of components to ensure functionality, robustness, and cost-efficiency.
I have contributed to international engineering projects with renowned companies such as Ferrari, Maserati, Ford, Stellantis, Mahindra, JLR, Magna, FEV, and ZF, gaining extensive experience in product development across global markets. My expertise spans concept development, 3D modeling (CATIA, NX, and more), production drawing creation, deep-dive functionality investigations and calculations of complex systems, extensive statistical tolerance studies, and quality data analysis. Additionally, I have led systematic issue resolution processes (6-Sigma, Global 8D, DoE, DFMEA) and overseen system and component testing to ensure high-performance, manufacturable solutions.
Fluent in German, English, and Spanish, I excel in multinational collaboration, providing technical leadership and support for international customers and suppliers.
Thomas Schiewer

I am an Embedded Software professional with over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, covering the complete V-Model development process. My expertise spans requirements, architecture, implementation, integration, testing, and commissioning, with a primary focus on implementation, integration, and test & commissioning.
I have worked with leading automotive manufacturers, including BMW, Daimler, RSA, Stellantis, Dongfeng, SGM, and DPCA, developing software for dual-clutch transmission and e-drive projects. Additionally, I have extensive experience in manufacturing processes, particularly End-of-Line (EOL) testing.
With a strong background in software commissioning on test benches, HIL, and in-vehicle testing, I am also proficient in AUTOSAR, cybersecurity, and bootloader development. My technical skill set includes tools such as Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow, C++, Python, MKS/PTC/IBM Jazz, Vflash, Canape, Canalyzer, DaVinci Configurator/Developer, Lauterbach/Trace32, and IBM DOORS.
